We're spreading the water fitness love in two locations on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. You’ll find us in the pools at the Currimundi Recreation Centre and at the Noosa Springs Golf Resort. There are change rooms, showers and plenty of on-site parking at both locations.
We train all year round, with water temperatures of around 28 degrees during winter.
