The Hydrorider RiderBand is suitable in any pool or ocean in deep or shallow water. The Hydrorider RiderBand can be used in chlorinated pools, mineral and hydrotherapy pools. If used in a mineral pool we recommend rinsing with tap water after use. 

Is the Hydrorider RiderBand suitable for aquatic centres?
The Hydrorider RiderBand has 10 different holes and numerous options to create varied exercise combinations for instructors and group fitness classes. The Hydrorider RiderBand is good for group or personal training as has different limb length options. This also means that you will invest in your resistance band as a one-off purchase, rather than having to provide different resistance bands for different people.

Can I use a Hydrorider RiderBand outside the water too?
Yes, you can use the RiderBand for resistance exercises on land too.

How long can the equipment stay in the water?
