Is the Hydrorider Easyline AquaBike suitable for my pool?

The Hydrorider Easyline is suitable for pool depths between 1.1 and 1.6 metres and can be used on any pool surface, such as PVC, stone or ceramic . The water line should be between the waist and the chest whilst water cycling. Suitable for chlorinated pools, mineral and hydrotherapy pools. If used in a mineral pool, we recommend rinsing with tap water after use.

Is the Hydrorider Easyline AquaBike suitable for aquatic centres?

The Hydrorider Easyline model is good for rehabilitation or hydrotherapy where basic movement is initiated. However, for fitness and higher intensity, we recommend the Hydrorider Pro-Fix and Hydrorider Professional models with additional varying resistance.

Can I use a Hydrorider AquaBike outside of water too?

Sorry, the AquaBike is designed to work in water, not on dry land. The AquaBike has a paddle rather than a wheel to generate water resistance, not mechanical resistance.

Is the Hydrorider Easyline AquaBike easy to move?

Yes, its transportation wheels make it easy to move the equipment in the water, as well as on the pool deck. Always wheel the HYDRORIDER®, never carry it.

How long can the equipment stay in the water?

The equipment is made of top quality marine stainless steel so your aqua bike can stay in the water 24/7, if you like. However, when out of the water, it's best to rinse with tap water.

What do I wear to Water Cycle?

Footwear is mandatory when using the pedal with the cage. Reef water shoes are highly recommended, as shoes need to have water drainage. Ordinary sneakers absorb water and additional weight on the legs and can cause calf pain. If you have an injury or would prefer not to wear shoes, you can purchase shoeless pedals here.

Is there maintenance required for the Hydrorider Easyline AquaBike?

There is very little maintenance required. We recommend pedal straps and seat covers be replaced periodically, pedal screws should be tightened regularly, rinsed with water and dried in order to avoid stainless spots, and, when out of the pool, should be kept dry and in a safeguarded place.

Does the equipment come with a warranty?

Yes, there's a 2-year warranty on the frame of the equipment. However, it excludes parts, such as the seat, pedal straps and rubber feet grips, as these are prone to wear and tear. You will need to reorder those parts periodically depending on the frequency of use.
